Established in 1997, Cond'Amorosa - Condominium Management, Ltd., is a company whose main business is the administration of condominiums in the north of Portugal, in the Minho region. In particular the counties of Viana do Castelo, Esposende, Arcos de Valdevez, Ponte de Lima, Ponte da Barca and Amares, amongst others.


It has an operational structure capable of responding to any requirements within its expertise, based on a team of skilled, dynamic and experienced people in the use of equipment and advanced techniques.


It is characterized by a pattern of behavior dominated by professionalism, competence, quality, safety and reliability of services and has as a primary objective, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty – “with quality and action we aim for your satisfaction".
