Vision & Mission

Cond’Amorosa is a reference company in the field of condominium administration in Portugal, with a frame of reference and competitive methods, which distinguish us from our competitors. We base our business in six key parameters: Transparency, Accountability, Participation, Professionalism, Excellence and Rigor. 


Our mission as condominium administrators is to manage with care, competence, honesty and transparency the condominiums that we have been trusted with, trying to minimize and reduce as much as possible any concerns of the owners. Cond’Amorosa ensures, through an active and efficient management, the maintenance and good state of the buildings under our management in order to value the assets of our owners.

Since its inception, the Cond'Amorosa has developed its business following a policy of closeness and trust with their customers. Thus managed to capture an image of prestige within the sector.

We aim at the continuous improvement of Quality Management System Quality.
