Do not place potted plants and/or heavy of objects outside balconies and/or windows.

Do not place items (eg with bicycles, motorcycles, and storage boxes, etc) or occupy in any other way the common areas of the building.

Do not develop activities that produce noise or vibrations that can adversely affect the welfare of the owners.

Do not hang out to dry bedding, carpets and any clothes outside on the balconies and/or windows of the building.

Do not throw water, garbage, cigarette butts or debris of any kind through the windows or other areas that may affect the owners.

Do not rent or lend car park space or individual garages to non residents.

Do not store or keep odoriferous substances that cause danger to the security of the building or its residents.

Always keep the building clean, and do not throw paper, cigarette butts and other garbage on the floor.
