To help avoid accidents and maintain a good neighbourly atmosphere, follow these simples tips and advice:
  • Always shut the doors of the building.

  • Wait until the garage door closes.

  • Do not smoke in the elevators.

  • Keep silence from 22 pm to 8 am.

  • Do not place potted plants and/or heavy of objects outside balconies and/or windows.

  • Do not place items (eg with bicycles, motorcycles, and storage boxes, etc) or occupy in any other way  the common areas of the building.

  • Do not develop activities that produce noise or vibrations that can adversely affect the welfare of the owners.

  • Do not hang out to dry bedding, carpets and any clothes outside on the balconies and/or windows of the building.

  • Do not throw water, garbage, cigarette butts or debris of any kind through the windows or other areas that may affect the owners.

  • Do not rent or lend car park space or individual garages to non residents.

  • Do not store or keep odoriferous substances that cause danger to the security of the building or its residents.

  • Always keep the building clean, and do not throw paper, cigarette butts and other garbage on the floor.
