In June 2009, we opened a new store in Viana do Castelo. In order to meet the demands of condominium owners, and the ever growing positioning of our company in the marketplace in Viana do Castelo, it was imperative to change to a new space, accessible to all.

With more convenient facilities where our professionals can better develop their work and give more support to owners.

The company is implementing a system of Quality Management, certified according to NP EN ISO 9001:2008.

Under the incentive schemes for Qualification and Internationalization of SMEs (Vale Inovação), we have submitted  an application to the Regional Operational Program of the North, and the same has been deemed eligible, so on 13 August 2009, we signed a Concession Contract for Financial Incentives with the  Institute for the Support of Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation. 

On 30 October we relocated in Ponte da Barca, where we have  reopened with a new image.

These facilities, as well as all operational structure that will be integrated in them, will support Arcos de Valdevez, Ponte da Barca, Vila Verde and Amares. 

We have established a protocol with Bank BPI, that provides support to all requests that are put to us by owners and others.
